Smooth and ruby red, this beer is packed with malt goodness yet remains imminently drinkable. Charting in at a sessionable 4.9% and offset with just enough hops to provide balance you want to send down a second one to check on the first. A very handsome beer with awesome table presence. Enjoy.
Prairie Sunshine

This Porter is the magical result of what can happen when local businesses work together. A smooth classic British ale made rich and flavourful with the addition of Montaneros fresh Coloumbian single-origin coffee. You will be dreaming of a drive-thru window for this one.

Our Story
We went to great lengths and many years to revitalize a neglected building in the heart of Sandwich Town. From the beginning, the focus has been to establish a brewery that does things with the utmost care and consideration.
Time or effort has never been a barrier to constructing the brewery. The tasting room is a testament to years of restoration; with the original tin ceiling intact, Robinet brick exposed, and turn of the century oak timbers repurposed. The result is the ability to showcase our beer in a unique historical setting.
The open design of the taproom, allows visitors to be washed in all the sights, sounds and aromas of each batch as it is carefully brewed. This harmonizing of new and old is reflected in the crafting of our beer by shaping new experiences while still paying homage to the past.
